Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the use of basswinclub.co.uk, an independent English-language guide for UK adults about Basswin, also written Bass Win. They set out what the site does and does not do, how links and third-party pages work, and the limits on liability where information can change.

Use of basswinclub.co.uk

basswinclub.co.uk is an information site only, not the casino, and it is for adults in the UK. It does not take bets or hold funds. It cannot see, open, change or close a reader's casino account or deal with account issues on the operator's behalf.

The website is written in English for UK adults who want independent information about the casino. It is not run by Basswin or Cerberlot N.V.

18+ only.
No betting, deposits or withdrawals take place on this website.
No user accounts, sign-up forms, comments or newsletter are provided here.
Free UK help is available from GamCare on 0808 8020 133, BeGambleAware, and GAMSTOP for self-exclusion from UKGC-licensed sites.

Information about Basswin and changing offers

Facts about Basswin are checked against the operator's published terms and the Curacao Gaming Control Board licence position, but offers and rules can change. Nothing on this website is legal, financial or gambling advice. Readers should check the casino's own terms before depositing or accepting a bonus.

The casino is operated by Cerberlot N.V. under a licence from the Curacao Gaming Control Board. It is NOT licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. It is not part of GAMSTOP, so GAMSTOP self-exclusion does not block it. Anyone who has self-excluded through GAMSTOP should not play there.

Pages aim to be accurate when published.
Bonus, payment and verification terms may change without notice from the operator.
If the operator's own terms differ from a guide page here, the operator's terms are the ones that matter for play.

Affiliate links and external sites

This website may earn a commission if a reader opens a casino account through an affiliate link. That commercial arrangement does not change the facts published here. Following any link takes the reader to a third-party website with its own terms, privacy notice and cookie settings.

External pages are outside this website's control. Their content, account systems, payment handling and customer support are the responsibility of the third party that runs them.

This website publishes no email address of its own. Anyone who needs help with a casino account, a payment, a bonus or a complaint should use the operator's own published channels, including its 24/7 live chat, the email address shown in the casino's help section, or its UK phone line.

Privacy, cookies and technical logs

basswinclub.co.uk is a static website served through Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP address, browser and time for security and delivery. The site has no user accounts, forms, comments or newsletter, and it sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own.

No cookie banner is shown here because the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. If a reader follows a link to the casino or any other third-party page, that site will apply its own privacy and cookie rules.

Rights, liability and legal terms

Use of this website is at the reader's own risk. Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law for loss arising from reliance on information, site availability or third-party websites. These terms may change from time to time, and the law of England and Wales governs them.

The text on this website is for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be copied in bulk, republished or presented as another publisher's own work without permission.

By continuing to use the website, a reader accepts the current version of these terms as published on this page.
